What are Carpet Remnants?
BR Carpet will often store special stock in our warehouse for some of our commercial customers, who regularly order the same product for their large buildings or many properties.  However, when those customers decide to switch to a new style of carpet, we may have a small amount of carpet remaining from that special stock.  Those smaller amounts of carpet, usually less than 250 square feet, are sold as remnants.

Why are Carpet Remnants such a great deal?
Because we do not normally stock these styles of carpet, we have no interest in keeping them in our warehouse, where these small rolls take up space we would rather use for something else.  We are therefore willing to sell Carpet Remnants at a price far below our standard pricing.

How are Carpet Remnants useful?
Although not large enough to carpet an entire house, the rolls are usually sufficient to carpet an entire room.  As interior designers know, it is very common to use a different style of carpet in each room of a home.  Therefore, selecting your home's carpet styles out of our wide variety of carpet remnants is a practical, logical decision that will allow you enormous savings in your flooring costs without sacrificing style or design.   Smaller carpet remnants can also be bound at a surprisingly low cost to create very attractive area rugs which are custom-fit to match your room size.

Are Carpet Remnants lower-quality products?
Not at all!  In fact, many times our Carpet Remnants are extremely high quality products, as they were originally used by builders of expensive homes or in high-traffic areas of business.  BR Carpet does not sell sub-quality products, such as "Seconds" or other defective merchandise, and therefore our remnants are of the same high quality as the many styles of carpet on display in our Showroom.

How much do Carpet Remnants cost?
Pricing can vary somewhat depending on the style of the carpet.  However, most of the Carpet Remnants are priced as follows:

12’ x 0-10’ (i.e., up to 120 sq ft) = $69.00
12’ x 11-15’ (i.e., up to 180 sq ft) = $99.00
12’ x 16-20’ (i.e., up to 240 sq ft) = $129.00

Pricing does not include installation, carpet pad, furniture moving, take-up of existing flooring, or any other additional expenses.  Remnant pricing is not valid with any other special offers or coupons.
